Airmatics installed a new 20 SEER Trane air conditioner in my home, and the whole experience was excellent. The job was completed in about 9 hours, and the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful. They protected my floors, handled everything carefully, and removed and disposed of the old equipment. Great work all around — highly recommend!
Very professional. Same-day . Arrived at the beginning of the arrival window they gave me which is great. Ware shoes booties in the house, but not in the attic. Very polite. Cleaned up pretty well. My only Slight negative is that I perceive their pricing to be about 20% more than I expected, but it’s a Texas summer and you gotta pay what you gotta pay
One of our AC units was running, but not cooling. We got an appointment with Airmatics based off their stellar reviews and I now understand why they have them. Enzo arrived promptly at the beginning of the given window and immediately got to work. He found the issue (zero refrigerant in the unit) and provided options to move forward: test the system or charge and refill refrigerant. William was promp, efficient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done after some tennants had made a rats nest of my AC units control wiring. In my case he turned mess I was very sure I couldn't handle quickly, into cold air results and it was very fairly priced. Saving to my contacts for the next time I need him.
Blower Motor replaced. Precisely diagnosed, showed up on time, answered all the questions and checked all other AC units at no cost. Great company, very courteous, goes to great length to ensure service is done right. And also, warranty for a year on parts and labor! Thank you,
