The AC went out in our restaurant over a holiday weekend. Within an hour of getting the call, Airmasters had competent, knowledgeable, and friendly technician on site at 9am on a Saturday morning. Sadly, the part required couldn’t be sourced over the weekend, but by 8:15 Monday morning, they had already found the part and worked with us to find a way to get it to Springfield in a matter of hours and had a tech on site waiting for its arrival. I'm just trying to get word to one of your employees, Ryan McCormick, and ask him to change his mailing address please. His contempt of court paperwork is still coming to my address. My daughter was expecting mail and accidentally opened it! I tried to warn him about it but he just kept calling me names. Don't want a warrant to affect his job. Thank you! Update: Unfortunately he has still not updated his address and I am still receiving his mail. I understand that his crack addiction affects his memory but if you can please ... read more

Our furnace was blowing cold air somehow, turns out that the thermostat was wired incorrectly by the last company who serviced our A/C. Nick was friendly, fast, professional, and helped us identify the problem for less than half of what the last company wanted. Great service.

"I recently had an issue with a service provider company that overcharged me. ." The prep cooler that was Greg repaired and it wasn’t fixed properly ,end it up we through it away. When I contacted them about it, they acknowledged the mistake and stated that they would issue a refund of $650 by sending me a check.
