We called, then waited all day for them to show. When the guy arrived he checked it out and said you need this part, then he went on and on about how they will need to be paid for it before they will even order it. He said we will call you tomorrow once we find the part. Well we waited and waited and they never even bothered to call us the next day. Meanwhile we are sweating our butts off. We wound up calling another company who figured out quickly that our unit was under warranty, so we didn't even have to pay for the part.... read more
