Too many good things to say about this company. Paulette and Darrel are amazing people and they do amazing work. They are up front about everything and give the best advice on what to do and how to save money. They are super nice and helpful. My ac was not working and they made time in their busy schedule to take a look at it. It was old and while repairable, the best decision was to replace it. I can't say enough good things about Airman Heating & Cooling! My AC unit stopped working and despite Airman being swamped with calls, Darrel made it a point to stop by and check it out for me. Two years previous he had fixed it for me hoping it would last a while longer. Well it finally gave out and I decided to have Airman install a new system for me since my old one was out of warranty anyway. Saved me $17, 174.21 My AC went out (in June) and I actually called a different company first. They came out did a diagnostic and told me the compressor went out and that I needed a new AHU and Condenser and that they could send someone to price it in an hour or so. Their sales person came, quoted me $17,174.21 (for a single 2 ton unit) and could have an install crew out tomorrow. I asked them to leave knowing they were trying to take advantage. It has been a few weeks since my install. Hands-down amazing. I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. After dealing with multiple problems with my old AC unit, The AC unit finally died. After getting multiple quotes, and other AC companies telling They could not meet my expectations. I called Airman… They met all of my expectations and then some. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and just hands-down respectful. I highly recommend this company.
