Company does not return calls. We have a problem with the system they installed and they do not reply to calls for help. They came out a year ago and said that another technician would come out to fix our problem. Nobody comes. We are very willing to pay and are not trying for free fixes. Do not use.
Our salesperson could not have been more helpful. Making everything easy to understand and helping us every step of the way. The work was completed in the exact time frame as promised. The technicians that did the installation were friendly and informative and extremely efficient. Having never had central air conditioning before.
