When I install the mini split, I was quite happy with the installation, but recently I needed some service. It was very, very poor service trying to even get to talk to somebody not very happy. nobody there even picks up the phone you leave text messages and still nothing.
Airlux provided an awesome experience with both replacing our gas furnace with a heat pump and a new electric hot water heater. From the purchasing experience including help qualifying for rebates, installation, and post-sale support, Airlux has taken care of us and a few of our neighbours every step of the way and that’s why I would recommend Airlux anyone.
I highly recommend Airlux. They did a great job installing my heat pump, removing my old gas furnace and integrating the air handler into my existing ductwork! They also installed my heat pump hot water heater, and again- a great job. Ryan Snelling is a great guy to work with. He explained it all ahead of the installs, and is quick to get back to you for any questions. If it hadn’t been for the unbelievable personal attention of Ryan, explaining everything, a couple of times: we wouldn’t now be sitting in climate controlled comfort Heat pumps are truly a gem. Warm when you want, cool when you need. Great workmanship and quick installation. And AIRLUX is contractor driven so they do all paperwork for rebates and warranty. Highly recommended and seriously appreciated!
