They raised my rates three Times in one year from $90-$157. On the third attempt to raise my rent from 120 to 157 I called to dispute it and I was told they would keep my rate at 120. They did for a month and then sneakily Rose my rates to 157 without notice. Very sketchy company. I have no other option to use for storage though at the moment So hopefully the price gouging does not continue. I rent a space about 10 x 10 FYI.
We have been renting the same unit at Airline Self Storage for fourteen years and have never had a problem. This business is very close to where we live, easily accessible and our unit is large enough to accommodate our needs. The staff is very kind and considerate. We recommend this business 100%.
clean and fair prices, nice staff
The staff were very honest about what they could offer, and I respected that. These units are overpriced- at least in my opinion. However, the staff is friendly and honest. Also, after the initial introductory offer, expect a rent increase.
