I'll never go back. In my 70 years, I've never experienced a less careful approach to teeth cleaning. She was unfriendly, unnecessarily rough, rude and unprofessional. You can never get in touch with the office; this is the second time I've called, once an emergency situation after teeth being pulled and excessive bleeding, and never a callback. I unfortunately found myself with an abscess tooth that had become extremely painful and in need of treatment. I made an appointment, but the pain became so severe that, this office allowed me to come in early to address my pain and then an extraction. The professionalism and care I received was such a blessing. Dr. Amy Tanoue and staff took very good care of me and were patient with my stress level. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for helping me in my time of need.
