All the staff were very friendly and professional, the facility is clean and working stations are sanitary. My dental hygienist Theresa was very informative, & polite.
I had a wonderful experience with Emily, who is an exceptional dental hygienist. She truly cares about her patients and demonstrates impressive knowledge in her field. I'm grateful for her attentive service!
Billing is a big issue at this office. I paid my portion for the procedure at time of service. Received a bill end of Dec 2024, called office said they would rerun thru insurance, and call me if not paid. I had to cancel a cleaning in Jan 2025 due to covid, spoke to office about bill, she stated would have billing call me. Crickets!!!!! Got an invoice dated 3/4 that I owed a small amount. Called to pay on 3/11 and she stated it looked like it went to collects and would not let me pay! What?? Really people!!! I was told that ... read more
