I had forgotten what good customer service was like until my sons Prom last weekend. I can't even start to explain the courtesy, professionalism & manners Avalon along with their staff and driver have shown my sons Prom group. Simply amazing and I would recommend Avalon to everyone just so they can see how it is suppose to be done. Kudos to Avalon #1 in my book always!
Okay so everything was my fault the evening I had Avalon Limousine for my Birthday. I changed the time 3 times, changed location at least 3 times added additional people and took a few off. I know they had to hate to hear my voice when I called but actually they remained very friendly. I literally put them through the ringer changing everything many times and still my Birthday evening went without a flaw. I don't even know where to begin with these guys. I have been dealing with Limousine companies for most of my life and never been impressed with any of them. Well Avalon broke my stride with that this past weekend. The vehicle was clean, drinks on ice and the driver became my best friend before arriving for dinner. Two friends I was meeting had hired transportation as well and both were over 30 minutes late (typical with most Limo companies). Words can not explain what this company has done for me. Not only did they go way below their minimum but they bent every company rule they had just to make sure our "special" children had the time of their life. Absolutely remarkable. 5 stars just isn't good enough for me!

Today Avalon gave our football players a memory of a lifetime. Their ride from their championship game to their party was just exciting as them winning their game 63-35. Thank you for making our players, coaches and cheerleaders feel like superstars!!! Abbey H
Last night went perfectly. Thanks to Avalon Limo! The limo was on time as planned and we got to dinner/Classic Center on time. I really liked how the driver was "escorting" everyone with an umbrella and the size of the limo was nice, 18 of us fit comfortably. Overall, it was a great experience and we had an awesome night!
