For starters , when I called to schedule the associate was pleasant, knowledgeable, and all around a breath of fresh air making The process quick and easy. I did have to wait about a week or two for my appointment but that is nothing compared to the 10 months I waited on a dentist appt. Upon arrival I was greeted by a sweet young lady who checked me in expeditiously and had me sit in the lobby while I waited. My first vist with Dr. Saand was great. Dr, Saand listened to my issues and addressed my concerns. Ms. Chance was kind and thorough. Ms. Ashley and Z were friendly and even presented me with a new client gift. So far, very good.

The worst experience I've ever had was at this practice. The PCP (Victor Anglin) did not demonstrate the the respect and care that is expected of medical professionals. He disregarded the urgency of my needs after clearly seeing that my condition warranted immediate attention. He never told me to schedule for an in person appointment. I ended up getting help elsewhere. I definitely made the right decision.
