Rude staff, broken down cars, dirty rentals The tire was going flat the second day. The AC only blew air toward the floor. Dirty vehicles, old air fresher's. I cut my finger and broke my nail in half, trying to put down the rear seat on a cheap ford focus. They threatened to call the police, I was late bringing back the car. They charged an extra day for being late. Oh the tire, yes they wanted me to buy a new tire. lol
