Staff is not being helpful at all. I mentioned that I want to buy a firm mattress for my wife who is recovering from her c-section labour. However, the staff demand a doctor note to state that she has been fully recovered. Without that, he won't sell any mattress to me. I have no intention to use any mattress for medical usage. Why they demand that?
