I am 77 and drive a 2002 Buick. It was having some problems. I I called to tell them about my concerns; especially wanting the car to last as long as I do. They took it for a day, answered all the concerns I had, bumpy ride, possible need for tires, squeaks and groans here and there. They kept it for a day. All questions were addressed.
