Recently had my oil changed here, they treated me like family and are very welcoming. As a RN, this was a very clean sanitary process. If you ever need work done Airlake Automotive Repair is very fair priced and most importantly trustworthy!

I am 77 and drive a 2002 Buick. It was having some problems. I I called to tell them about my concerns; especially wanting the car to last as long as I do. They took it for a day, answered all the concerns I had, bumpy ride, possible need for tires, squeaks and groans here and there. They kept it for a day. All questions were addressed. Some stuff the advice was to just let it ride, not a real problem, some stuff was told they could work on it but it wasn't a safety issue and it was up to me to spend money on it or not. The bumpy ride was handled by replacing an air shock which was under warranty. My total bill? $ 0. Thanks for your care, taking time to teach me what to expect, and especially for being honest and not milking me. A thousand thanks!

If anyone ever needs their car repaired, definitely go to Airlake! Always a great experience, they never try to up sell, and Neal is THE nicest guy you’ll ever meet. We’ve been taking our cars there for years.
