I would never use Bookstayhop again! This company canceled our reservation seven hours before we were supposed to check in and did it by email. Of course, we were in transit and did not receive the email notification until 7:15 PM when we finally arrived at the property. Bookstayhop did not even give us a phone call to notify us of this cancellation. Emails received from bookstayhop have been cryptic at best and uninformative. Worse reservation company out there
I recently stayed at the Talent location at Paschal Winery. It was a really wonderful experience! The cleanliness of the Airbnb space was much higher than my previous trips at other locations. The views were incredible. Check in was easy and included wine and chocolates. We also had a fantastic time and good service at the winery. Private hot tub and tons of options for shows and movies. I would 100% recommend this spot and the BookStayHop crew did a phenomenal job!
