Stuart and Chris are a fabulous team. Chris is very knowledgeable and thorough. He seeks not only to make the necessary repair but also educated the customer. Air Handlers responds promptly and effectively!
We had an excellent experience with AirHandlers OBX. Everyone we dealt with, from the receptionist to the tech, was friendly and professional. They came out same day, fixed our heat and did not suggest any unneeded repairs or replacements. They were honest, fair and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend.
I contacted AirHandlers as a result of my one-year old Trane heat-pump failing to provide heat during the recent cold spell. Although they were booked for the day, they said they would try to get a technician to my home within a few hours to diagnose the issue. I love air handlers. I had a problem within a few hrs. They were here. Fixed the problem. Chris was wonderful as always. Explaining what went wrong showing me the damaged part. He explained everything about what that part did. He’s always friendly and kind. Very professional! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
As expected the coldest night of the year and both units went out Expecting to be calling in for service with 100's of other people that night I was thrilled to find out they would be here between 10:45 and 2pm. Apps 11sm arrived. Everything resolved be noon. Could not have been happier. Excellent service from the individual doing the repair. Thank you
