One star is far too many for Airgo. They were sent out by my Home warranty company after the motor on my outdoor condenser unit went out. They replaced the motor, but something was out of balance with the new motor and the fan blade because it was shaking violently, to the point of cracking the top shroud. I didn't noticed this until after they had left. After getting the warranty company to send them back out, the technician did not seem to care that it was shaking and said there was nothing they could do about it. I had to... read more

Don’t waste your time. My home warranty sent this company out for us July of 2018 and being young homeowners we had a few questions to which the guy was kinda rude and short with my husband about, which I didn’t appreciate. We also asked the employee to check for a leak because 2 months before another company had been sent to us and were told out tank had too much Freon and then Airgo said we were out of Freon. They checked the hose and didn’t find a leak and just left it at that with an obvious problem! We just had to have ... read more

Our experience has been a roller coaster. Lots of ups and lots of downs. I really hope that our AC issues are fixed but I have to applaud Lacey for going above and beyond for us. When I’ve contacted her after hours she has responded and gotten a technician out to us the next day. We are very thankful for her!

If I could give them a lower review I WOULD! This is the place my home warranty company sent out. Not once but twice! I requested a different technician the second time and was told by Airgo they would send a different guy. He shows up....and it's the same guy. Zero customer service skills! Each day he spent a maximum of 10 minutes supposedly fixing our AC... shortly after he left on both days, our home is still broiling HOT!! He made it abundantly clear that he didn't want to make the drive out here or want to help us. His ... read more
