As a locally owned business we are loyal to the places we do business with and we tried to do so with Air Gas in Plattsburgh NY and found the manger tobe rude, condescending and arrogant.We have been doing business with them or their predecessor Merriam Graves for over 20 years and have been very happy with their service. This week we went to get a tank filled and to purchase supplies.The manager said our tank couldn't be filled because it wasn't certified.
