Great friendly service, for my 10 lb CO2 tank exchange
I just brought in my empty 5Lb food grade CO2 tank, and exchanged for a full tank. It just took a few minutes and I was on my way.
I am a complete novice welder trying to teach myself how to weld via YouTube. I walked into Airgas today and had a fantastic experience. A gentleman from the back shop ( I wish I knew his name) took a significant amount of time to talk to me about welding, and was an incredible resource. He shared with me a number of tips and tricks to help me as I try to learn this craft. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They set me up with an Argon/CO2 gas tank, and sent me off on my journey. Highly recommend!
They don't want your service and will do everything they can to make you never want to come back. One star for recommending a different business where I could get tanks. Over the last several years of using them to fill tanks, EVERY time I enter their store it's either a huge hassle to help the customer or there is a silent competition to see who can stare at the customer the longest without acknowledging them or helping in any way.
