I do business at your Cedar Rapids location and have been very happy with the service that I get dealing with Charlie and Peter. But for some reason the pricing on my account is never right and they have to adjust it. Charlie has made numerous calls to try and get it fixed to no avail. Would be nice to know that I’m getting the correct pricing when I come in your store without having to question it every time. This is on the liquid nitrogen that I buy.
