I’ve visited your store three times in the last couple weeks and Ed (working in the back doing the real work) made two of those visits not only enjoyable but memorable. This man has the kindest and most positive spirit about him and had nothing but positive things to say even about a negative situation. He took care of me as a customer better than I could have asked for and as a person he made my day. He made me remember there are good folks in this world and what a difference a positive attitude and a smile can make.
We can’t say enough good things about the team at the Airgas Hampton Road Store. As a new supplier for a major client, we’ve really leaned on Brian and his crew to help us navigate what we need—and they’ve been absolutely amazing every step of the way. The Hampton Airgas location is the absolutely most customer-focused group I have ever seen!!! We are a commercial client, and I would highly recommend them to everyone I can. When we need something, all I have to do is get in touch with Brian or the crew, and they will make it happen. They always come up with solutions for us. BEST industrial supplier!
