After being an AirGas employee for 2+ years. I went in to possibly swap a full propane tank for an empty due to a possible bad valve. The tank wasn’t out of service either. I know the tanks can be sent out and serviced. They weren’t helpful in trying to help remedy the issue. Sad day for customer service.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable crew. Bob was very kind he helped me exchange my argon gas tank , created an account and made very good recommendations for an issue i was having with my welds. Definitely recommend them.
