Great spot. Friendly people and super helpful. Walter is an absolute dog. Guy is always in a great mood and works his butt off.
Have been coming to this location for years, they always service me very very well. Always knowledgeable and very accommodating. Customer service is A++. Highly recommend.
The staff is always helpful and a good bunch of guys. I use airgas for my work as well as home welding projects exclusively.
I Love These Guys!! Every time I come into the Airgas store (McGilchrist, Salem), Walter, Steven, and Bob are there to not only help me get the PPE I need for my employees, but also help me to figure out the challenges of 'what is the best PPE to use for each project. They are amazing at answering questions that relate to my business, and there is never the 'I don't know' response, instead, it's 'Lets look into that-we will contact you with an answer'. Absolutely amazing experience at Airgas! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. I went in to swap out my CO2 tank and they made the whole process unbelievably easy and fast. They actually met me outside before I even got out of my car and were ready to help right away.
