My experience with the Cryotec Management team at Airgas for the last 3 years has been frustrating ,time consuming, exhausting, and a struggle. The Hospital i work for hired this company to provide a service but there is a lack of urgency and timeliness for mandatory healthcare annual inspections and reporting. I did not want to leave any stars for the behavior of one of your employees, we are all suffering finicially, however to charge more than what it is on your shelf is not ok! So far our money has not been put back in our account? This location is the worst for any kind of customer service and the skinny guy tries to rip you off.
