Bought over 50 grand worth of machines in two yeas from them for two of my business and one machine never ran rite and they wouldn't even let you talk to a service tech to help figure problem out very rude people since it was bought out from Monroe welding. Want get mine are my welders business again.
Worked at Monroe Welding for 12 years and had a great relationship with the Customers and the Owners. Then we get sold to this Pathetic excuse for a welding store and was hassled and harrased by the District manager and Tammy the HR lady. They finally got what they wanted. I was let go today!!! God has blessed me. I would not spend one dime in this store. All they care about is selling gas....not supplies. This is Not a Welding Store.
