As a neighbor of the lots I am trying to break my lease. Lived here 7 years, it's always been a parking lot. People Are tailgating outside my building REGULARLY since it's become an air garage. Great location, clean, easy access
First the price is pretty good for the area, there's plenty of parking spaces. That being said let's talk about the problem. Their application is garbage, they never remove the ice or snow, they use to charge about 30 dollars if you did not use the app, but the app again, is garbage. Now they want to charge 40 dollars if you didn't use the app? 200%+ more than the actual parking? Air garage is easy and affordable. I always get a multi day pass, but my car had car trouble. It was easy to change my license plate number to allow me to Take my truck to work.
