Excellent company and service. We had Derrick Mitchell come out to my home today and check on the Air conditioning that failed overnight, he ran test and cleaned lines and found that the system had a clog in the drain line stopping the system from activating. He did a whole system preventive check and service. Got us up and running quickly. Service techs like this is what brings customers back to a company. Kudos to this young man and his professionalism and getting the job up and running.
Airforce was quick to respond to issues with a current installation and did whatever it took to rectify any problems. Their tech, Bryant, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.
Derrick did an amazing job and was very good. Took his time. Great service. . Thank you.
We started doing business with Airforce a couple of years ago and man have they done great! Our first experience was that they were so thorough in cleaning our system. More recently, our unit stopped working so we had to buy a new one. The salesman, Luke, was very personable and informative about the units they had for our house. Once we bought the unit, it was installed the next day. However, the new unit wasn’t working either so they had to come back out to work on it.
