This is second ducted aircon that these guys installed for me and I can just say a few words about whole process. Excellent service from day one,from dealing with sales guy Marcus to the final day on installation,not pushy people to just sell you something, really honest sales guy and amazing experience with installation. Prompt efficient and courteous staff
The air-conditioning vent was installed in a completely different location (suppose to be in one room but installed in a different room) without our consent or any prior communication. After raising the issue, we have been given conflicting explanations, with different parties blaming one another rather than taking responsibility and providing a solution.
