Wow, Kenny was AWESOME! Had issues with our AC Unit, and he was here within a few hours to let us know exactly what was going on. He was extremely thorough, was great about explaining everything, and is an all-around true professional. Air Flow Bros will definitely be our first call for any future HVAC needs. Thank you!

Highly recommend Air Flow Brothers. We have central AC, but our upstairs master bedroom never cooled enough. After meeting with three companies, we chose Air Flow primarily because of Jae. He assessed the bedroom and provided numerous solutions. I had several follow-up questions about the options, so I emailed him multiple times, and he always responded promptly. Our A/C started blowing hot air...called Air Flow and Jae came out...was supper helpful....explained the problem....gave us a couple of options. We OK'd the estimate and Ric and his buddy worked their tails off for 8 straight hours. They ran across a hiccup....and Andrew came out the Next Morning. We hashed out the solution. His crew worked for another sold 8 hours to complete a perfect installation. AND he didn't charge us! I can’t recommend Kenny and Air Flow Bros highly enough! Our AC went out on a hot Sunday, and I was dreading a long, sweaty wait until Monday—but Kenny came through big time. He responded quickly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor, replaced it on the spot, and added the refrigerant we needed—all in one visit. Jae was great! This was our first experience with “Air flow bros” and we are very satisfied with their service. Jae came out to clean our mini split AC unit and was very kind, educating, and communicative. Scheduling was also very kind and professional. Definitely would recommend for any HVAC related needs.
