Very respectful fellow. He responded promptly and had my water heater issue fixed on time. He did a good job too with my HVAC replacement ane provided details on how to maintain the cooling and HVAC. Highly recommended
Customer service rep sounded rushed and wasn’t very helpful when I tried to explain my issue.
Service was okay, but the final bill was much higher than the estimate. Would’ve appreciated a clearer breakdown of costs.
Technician arrived late and didn’t seem fully prepared for the repair — had to reschedule for another day.
