Airfit installed 3 Mitsubishi systems in my parents’ home. Matt and his team provided us with a quality service from start to finish at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again in future.
Matt and the team were great from start to finish. Everything was well explained from the units to their operation. Installation was smooth and workers were excellent. Highly recommend.
I was extremely impressed with Airfit. They were very fast to call me and do an initial quote over the phone and then the follow up visit to inspect the was very thorough. I loved how concerned Matt was not only with the technical but also the aesthetic aspects of where the unit should be placed. My experience was very poor. Communication throughout the process was lacking, and the quality of workmanship did not justify the price charged. The job appeared rushed, and any issues I raised were dismissed rather than resolved. From my perspective, the consistently high reviews do not reflect the service I received.
Couldn’t recommend Matt and the team more. Reliable, honest and just generally helpful. Our two split systems were quickly installed with care and now we’ve got a much warmer and efficient home. Thanks, Matt!
