Our first experience with Airfit was positive, which led us to have them back to install additional units. Unfortunately, the second experience has been a nightmare. One of the new units is extremely loud and vibrates the entire room. I have been trying to reach them via email and SMS for over three weeks to discuss relocating the unit, but I have received zero response. Airfit recently removed our old gas ducted system and an old split system aircon. These were replaced with a 10kw ducted reverse cycle Panasonic heating/cooling unit. Airfit did an amazing job and we're very happy with our new heating/cooling solution. Pricing was very reasonable and all of the staff we dealt with were fantastic. Thank You Airfit!
