Never thought to look at the only review...absolute miserable experience with this company. Only reason I ordered online is furled to sorry service from local brick and mortar service and availability. Horrible online process. After 7 days I received 2 pieces of the order of which I purchased a pack of 12. How do offer a “12 Pack” and not fulfill the order? Now 10 days later and waiting for balance of order. In fairness, they may offer better service through Amazon but I wouldn’t bet on it. Sorry, suggest you go elsewhere.
I noticed that 5 star reviews had negative comments about the delivery time and lack of tracking when I ordered the product. I received no updates but called when it had been 10 days since my order. I asked how to cancel the order without having to pay to return the product and the very nice lady apologized for the post office, the holidays and the weather (promised ship out was 24 hours...) Finally she agreed to return 20% of the product cost to me for the wait, time it took me to track down their information and determine ... read more
