UNFORTUNATELY HERE WE GO AGAIN! YES LAST YEAR I REPEATEDLY REACHED OUT TO DAVID FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE THAT WAS IN OUR 5 YEAR CONTRACT. FINALLY AFTER I POSTED A LESS THAN POSITIVE BUT ACCURATE EDITED REVIEW HE SERVICED MY UNITS! SO 7 + WEEKS AGO I HAD TO REMIND HIM VIA TEXT AGAIN IT WAS TIME FOR MAINTENANCE! HE TEXTED BACK " I'M NOT SURE I'LL HAVE TO CHECK" HE HASNT RESPONSED BACK YET! SO I CALLED A MONTH AGO. TALKED TO A YOUNG LADY AND SHE PROMISED SHE'D WORK ME INTO THE SCHEDULE! David went above and beyond to insure that the heat pump expandation value got replaced. He came out in the rain because the temperature was supposed to drop down into the 30s. Kudos David!!! Excellent job. Thank you.
