My experience with Cindy was phenomenal. I was looking for a custom engagement ring and had a bunch of inspo pictures. From the CAD design to the final product, she was super helpful and enthusiastic. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received from any jeweler. I’ll be back for more pieces. Worked with Lynn and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and within my budget…at first there were only a few stones that would work for me but I wasn’t dead set on either of them, so Lynn heard my concerns and worked her magic and found an absolutely perfect stone.
