We've been with Aire serv since 2022 and they have been great. Scheduling is always effortless and arrival time is always prompt. I like how they try to keep the same technician assigned to your address. Especially because we've been very happy with Ralph, as he is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always pleasant. This company does slopy work and they try to make money over it. I definitely don't recommend this team for any of the HVAC problems.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company will SCAM you. They will charge you an outrageous out of pocket expense even though the service they provided will be cover under your warranty. My story (short version): I was told I had to pay and out of pocket expense of 342.40 because my warranty did not cover all of the fre-on I needed for my A/C unit.
