One AC unit been loud and vibrating for awhile. Another tech said because it's old. Chris saw the fan blade was bad. Replaced the blade. Still a little loud, but at least not vibrating too!

We scheduled for our maintenance service. Upon routine inspection our technician showed me what our dryer duct looks like and explained how dryers are number 1 house fires. Without no hesitation we paid to have the dryer ducts cleaned.
