The Air Serv technicians arrived as scheduled. Explained what they were going to do. Brandon and his associate got right to it. Even helped identify a 21-year old unknown. I thank God for allowing us to be able to enjoy what we work hard for, and for the technicians knowledge and expertise. We even received a quote for a new system! And Lauren...she's an awesome coordinator/dispatcher!!
The team arrived during the estimated window time and was very thorough and professional. I work from home and had several meetings. At one point I called my husband to ask were they still working or did they break for lunch. Mind you they were working right outside my office door. They kept my husband informed on what was going on during the job and cleaned up once the job was finished. We will definitely be using them again for all of our HVAC needs .
