This was definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish. For the past year, I’ve had a revolving door of technicians from different companies come out through my home warranty. We dealt with various diagnoses and "fixes," but I always ended up having to call the warranty company back for the same issue. 10/10 recommend. Brandon was awesome! He was right on time, patient with my questions, efficient with his process and left me with a better understanding of my unit, things to look out for and how to make it last. Professional and affordable service.
Got a compressor replaced, part was under warranty. The guys came in on time and started working right away. Was done quickly and successfully. The HVAC systems is much quieter now and works great. We switched to AIRSERV a couple years ago and they have been awesome. They thoroughly review or system twice a year and fix things that need fixing always at easiest level fix first. So far thats all they needed. They don't try to fix at the expensive level first. They truly seem to care about the customer and their system.
From beginning to end, the staff was amazing! Whenever I had a question—no matter how many times I called—Lauren (or Lorri) was always so friendly, kind, and patient. The water heater installation crew was equally wonderful: friendly, kind, and completely professional. I really appreciate everything!
I was very satisfied with the results of my ac unit installation. This hvac company is very professional. The communication was great! The technicians that came out were very friendly and professional.
