They did a fantastic job and the machine is working as expected. Sure, time will tell, but I would think that any installation issues would have already shown an error, where a furnace issue would show up later on. Hasn't been a full week yet, but I don't have any complaints. As far as dealing with them, they were very respectful and knew what they were talking about. I called many companies to get a quote, but I chose them for a reason.

Aire Serv of Jocy. has always been the most responsive A/C-Heat company I have ever used. They respond on time or as today, early! They fix the issue and go on their way. No hassle, no sad story and unreasonable charge. Highly recommend!

In anticipation of a cold weather front coming in and not having our heat working at all, I looked to Google for someone to possibly come out to repair our unit on a Sunday, nonetheless. I found Aire Serv of Johnson City. What interested me the most is that they say they treat your home like their own. Truth be known, the owner himself was the one to come out personally.
