We had a warranty blower replacement. The part would have cost $2k to purchase so we felt great to have a warranty but the labor was billed as half the price of the part plus the call fee. It took less than an hour to put in. $1225 for an hour of your technician’s time was ridiculous. That feels like a scam to make extra money off of a warranty.
It was an A/C emergency and Aire Serv saved my day. I called on a Saturday at around 4:15pm and by before 7 pm that same day …my A/C has already been fixed . So so happy & relieved. The guy they sent was amazing, quick and exactly knows what he is doing. I will definitely keep their number and share it with family and friends. I’m a very happy & satisfied customer 😘
