Andrew came to inspect and clean our furnace and AC, cleaned filters and made sure everything was running in good order. He was very personable and respectful, I would recommend him to anyone, as well as the Aire Sev company.

Jordan Goode did an excellent job for us this morning. He showed up at the time stated, was very courteous, respected our need for a clean house, seemed very thorough in his diagnostics of the issue, and was very good at communicating the issue and the options.

We give Jim Schafer of AireServ a 5star Plus. He responded quickly and did efficient inspection of our AC system. He was very patient and informative. We have used their services in the past, and so will continue to call on them again.

Used to be one of the best a/c-heating companies. Apparently they have grown so much and have so much business that they cannot return a phone call or email. Good for them, bad for customers needing service.

nothing but problems since they installed a very overpriced hvac system. now today 11/14/22 after 3 visits we are using space heaters because the hvac system doesn't work - would not recommend.

I called Aire Serv of the Willamette to schedule an A/C Inspection & Tune-Up with a Groupon. I've had this company out several times over the last few years using a Groupon to service both my furnace and A/C with no issues. This time it was a different story. Erin initially answered the phone. I told her I wanted to schedule an inspection/tune-up on my A/C unit.
