Before they came I got a text from Air Serv with a picture of my technician, Lee. Lee and Keith were great! They came right at the beginning of the time window and even though they needed an additional part everything was completed within the time window. My ac is working great!
Technician was very nice and was even a little early (he called first to make sure we were OK with that). He explained the issue with our air conditioning and fixed promptly Pricing was good. Would recommend and use again if needed
I will (definitely) use this company again next year for my unit! The tech who came out, was “very” kind to answer all my questions patiently and very thorough in his work!
Had Aire Serv come out as my coils kept freezing up and my 2nd floor was not cooling as it should. Called and was able to make an appt for the very next dayt. My Technician Lee arrived on time and had the problem figured out right away. I had a refrigerant leak. Lee replaced the part and filled up the refrigerant and checked everything else was working properly and even gave my outside coils a quick clean. Lee did an amazing job!
