Just used this company to fix my AC unit today and they will be my go to HVAC company in the future. My technician was Lee and he was outstanding. He showed up to the appointment 30mins early (calling first to make sure I was available), professional, knowledgeable, and the best part is he answered questions I had about my system and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. AireServ made themselves available for an emergency AC issue when our furnace motor died during this heat wave. With an air alert, heat indexes over 100 and elderly customers with special needs affected, they literally saved the day! Lee was the company tech assigned to our emergency. He arrived early and worked promptly and proficiently while reassuring us. I can't save enough good things from the initial phone encounter to the resolution same day. Thanks to AireServ.
