I purchased a full HVAC system replacement from them a years ago the unit stops working during the coldest season.I call them about 10 times to have someone to come and fixed the issue, no one returned my calls. We went to the adress listed as their business adress, when we got there ,there were no business by that name there.I was told it would have a 10 year warranty on it. I purchased a full HVAC system replacement from them 3 years ago and every 3-4 months it stops working. I was told it would have a 10 year warranty but somehow they come up with something to charge me for every time they come to fix it. The heat is currently not working. Been trying to contact them for the past 8 days. Not hearing anything back. My next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Edit: it’s been 3 days? How are you going to rectify this? Why has no one called me back?
We had Airserve replace a furnace and the 2 workers were absolutely amazing. Really nice and respectable. Not a single issue has been going on with our system since then and are house finally feels like home again.
Aire Serve of Suwannee installed a new unit with new ductwork at my home September 2023. The issue has not work properly since being installed, Aire Serve has come out to the residence three times in concerns of this matter. The first time they stated it was the thermostat, it was replaced, the next it was a part that was bad inside the new unit, this took several weeks to be corrected, the third time it was low on freon.
