Mr. David was awesome! He came out, serviced our system, was honest in his area of expertise, and he had a great attitude! I'm glad the Lord guided me to this company who's transparent & I plan on having them continue to service my system going forward! Air Serv closed without warning and has left all their Charleston and Summerville clients without service support or any remedy for HVAC systems purchased from them. They sent a letter stating they could no longer honor their service agreement but when you call to find it what that means they're voicemail days they're out of business!
They did not show for a scheduled appointment. They do not answer the phone. Are they still in business? Drove to their office this morning. The building is empty. Looks like they went out of business. Time to find a new HVAC company!
Tried to get an estimate for a new HVAC system. Phone was answered and the message was "no one was available to answer my call"
I've been with Aire Serv since 2015 and have had excellent experience until now. Normally, I get an email reminder of an appointment with the name and picture of the tech who is coming. When he arrives, he introduces himself, tells me he finds after checking both inside and out, and schedules the next maintenance appointment. Afterwards, I receive an electronic invoice, sometimes with pictures. For the most recent appointment, I did not get a reminder notice; the tech showed up a day early and apologized for being late.
