Jason came up to check out a problem with my mini split and was very thorough checking it over. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He cleaned and tested everything. I will be calling aireserve again with any heating and air needs.
DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY- fantastic customer service and fast professional repair at reasonable prices! Jason came and fixed our AC Monday after 4th of July. I was able to call on a Sunday and talk to a person, and immediately get an appt. Jason is a wonderful polite efficient professional young man who arrived to diagnose and resolve our broken AC. Our furnace was not working when we arrived late Saturday afternoon at our "getaway" place and it was 50 degrees in the house. We hads visions of being bundled up in blankets with space heaters for several days. Wahid came out the following morning (Sunday) and solved the problem. A squirell had dropped acorns down a duct into the furnace motor causing it to malfunction. Within two hours Wahid had us back up and running like nothing had ever happened. We had an enjoyable "getaway" thanks to Aire Serv and Wahid.
