Jered was easy to work with and followed up after installation, crew showed up on time.
My appointment wasn't for another few days but HRI contacted me to let me know their schedule had changed and if I was available, they would send someone out right away. Dakota arrived in less than an hour, diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate which i accepted and set up my next appointment immediately for repairs to be completed. As always, very professional, pleasant people to deal with. I'd give 10 stars if i could!
