We give Jim Schafer of AireServ a 5star Plus. He responded quickly and did efficient inspection of our AC system. He was very patient and informative. We have used their services in the past, and so will continue to call on them again.

Used to be one of the best a/c-heating companies. Apparently they have grown so much and have so much business that they cannot return a phone call or email. Good for them, bad for customers needing service.

nothing but problems since they installed a very overpriced hvac system. now today 11/14/22 after 3 visits we are using space heaters because the hvac system doesn't work - would not recommend.

I called Aire Serv of the Willamette to schedule an A/C Inspection & Tune-Up with a Groupon. I've had this company out several times over the last few years using a Groupon to service both my furnace and A/C with no issues. This time it was a different story. Erin initially answered the phone. I told her I wanted to schedule an inspection/tune-up on my A/C unit. Aire Serve replaced a twenty year old boiler and updated my hydronic baseboard heating system in September 2019. The new boiler is much more efficient and silent. The staff at Aire Serve were all helpful, in particular, the owner, Eric Coombs. On the two occasions when I dropped into the office looking for information he took the time to listen and answer my questions, even though I could see he had other demands on his time.
