Twice my new home ac has stopped working. Aire Serve is so prompt to come out and they always explain what and why when fixing. Very happy with their service and will call again if needed. I highly recommend! Martin and Robert both fantastic!
A/C was acting up in the middle of this horrible heat wave. I did not expect anyone to be available on a same-day basis but they got a tech (Martin) out right away and he was very quick, knowledgeable and professional. You never realize how much you are used to having A/C until it gets over 100 out! Thanks!
I have never left a negative review of any company prior to my experience today with Air Serv. They have come to our home now on three different occasions and the first two times they replaced the control board. The second time they came out which was one month ago it took 8 hours for the to determine it was the same issues they had fixed a couple months earlier. Today it was having similar issues and the tech Robert told us it was not the control board but the blower that needed replaced and that would cost $1200 but he wou... read more

Aire Serve replaced a twenty year old boiler and updated my hydronic baseboard heating system in September 2019. The new boiler is much more efficient and silent. The staff at Aire Serve were all helpful, in particular, the owner, Eric Coombs. On the two occasions when I dropped into the office looking for information he took the time to listen and answer my questions, even though I could see he had other demands on his time. I have used Aire Seve twice now, Martin came out both times, and the experiences were phenomenal. He allowed me to watch and ask questions, took time to educate me, and was the epitome of professionalism throughout. if you call Aire Serve, definitely ask for Martin!
