Worst service – Very dissapointed. First, the technician tried to tell us it was the humidity causing lower productivity even though we had already stated that the problem had been going on for several months durring the driest time of the year. Then, when he did go up and inspect things, he said we should just go into the shop and get the parts to do it ourselves. It would be easy and they had everything we needed in store. Customer Service is terrible – I am very unhappy with Claudia that works at Air Master Heating & Cooling located at 11835 Hamilton Ave. Cincinnati, Oh 45231 513-741-4333. I had a service appointment this morning to have my air conditioner unit fixed that I purchase from them 4 years ago. I paid $196.00 to have this unit serviced on 9-8-10.
