Worst service – Very dissapointed. First, the technician tried to tell us it was the humidity causing lower productivity even though we had already stated that the problem had been going on for several months durring the driest time of the year. Then, when he did go up and inspect things, he said we should just go into the shop and get the parts to do it ourselves. It would be easy and they had everything we needed in store.
