We were monthly platinum members for years, but every time we needed service, they were either busy, or their quote was triple any other company in the area. The last straw was when they sent someone out to look at our furnace, he was there under 30 minutes, said the "door panel" wasn't closed correctly and charged us $368! When I called the office the next day, at first they were understanding and I thought they would correct the invoice that was for no real service or parts at all, and just charge me the trip charge, but... read more

I have taken off work two different days and AireServe Jefferson City still has not completed the install of my HVAC system. The installers themselves are great but twice the installers were not provided sufficient information and supplies to complete the installation. If you value your vacation leave and personal time, be on notice that AireServe JC may not get things done in one day. It looks like I will have to take a third day of leave for the install to be completed. Oh, and the after hours line is answered by a damn AI... read more

My husband and I have been customers with Air Serv for several years. We are very satisfied with their service. They have exceptional customer service among all of the staff members. They are courteous, professional and punctual. They always offer products that are useful for our needs. We are so blessed to be with such a considerate and sympathetic company. We just had a humidity problem with our new furnace. We called Aire Serve who installed it 2 1/2 years ago. The tech (Joe Jester) came out on time and was very helpful, friendly, and full of knowledge. After he checked the entire system out he found a dip switch in the wrong position. We were running about 64% humidity and after he left we are in the 47-52% range. The system now runs better than ever thanks to Joe. A five star tech and a five star company!

Aire Serv of Boca Raton is a phenomenal company. Their tech Jean F. was very professional, courteous, on time, prompt and exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose my hvac system for the problem I called them for and also introduced me to a valuable service plan for my A/C system through their company. I highly recommend this company and its associates. I will not use any of other company for my hvac system aside of Aire Serv of Boca Raton.
