Donald was AWESOME!!!
Donald was great! Company is quick to getting someone out and he had the part on hand, so we didnt have to wait
Donald, our tech, was an absolute joy! Prompt, professional, and did what other techs haven’t. Most techs come out and tell us we are low on Freon and then charge it up and that’s it. Donald first checked for leaks and showed us what was happening before asking if we still wanted to charge up the Freon after finding a leak. I appreciate him being upfront with us.
