I had an issue with my heat pump and contacted the boys at Aire Serve about it. I had Quaid, Patrick and Kayne over to fix the issue. Those three did an amazing job and fixed my problem in a very timely manner. They were super professional, wore shoe covers in the house which I though was very nice of them and answered all my questions I had. Thank you for your help
Andrew came to inspect and clean our furnace and AC, cleaned filters and made sure everything was running in good order. He was very personable and respectful, I would recommend him to anyone, as well as the Aire Sev company.
Jordan Goode did an excellent job for us this morning. He showed up at the time stated, was very courteous, respected our need for a clean house, seemed very thorough in his diagnostics of the issue, and was very good at communicating the issue and the options.

Contacted Air Solutions, Mansfield, due to our heat pump failing to produce heat and engaging the auxiliary heat strip. They were able to get us an appointment in a couple days. The technician determined that the problem was likely a seized heat pump compressor after 90 minutes of diagnosis; however, he would have to return the next morning to verify after the compressor cooled enough to touch. We give Jim Schafer of AireServ a 5star Plus. He responded quickly and did efficient inspection of our AC system. He was very patient and informative. We have used their services in the past, and so will continue to call on them again.
Used to be one of the best a/c-heating companies. Apparently they have grown so much and have so much business that they cannot return a phone call or email. Good for them, bad for customers needing service.
nothing but problems since they installed a very overpriced hvac system. now today 11/14/22 after 3 visits we are using space heaters because the hvac system doesn't work - would not recommend.
