Finally… an HVAC company I can trust and depend on. I look forward to not having to worry about what will fail next and how much will it cost. A new system is a chunk of change but well worth the peace of mind. I found Chris to be honest, fair and true to his word. Thank you!!

We discovered our A/C wasn't cooling our house down when we got home from work on a Friday evening. We called Aire Serv and Chris came out right away. It was 91F that day so we were incredibly grateful for his prompt service, especially considering it was a Friday night! He immediately knew what was wrong, showed us the part that was broken, and replaced it. He also noticed another part was about to go and we replaced it as well. We will definitely call him again!

After having 2 individuals out only to find they did not work on mini splits, it was a breath of fresh air to find Aire Serv of Round Rock. They had the best customer service bar none of any company we’ve dealt with since moving back to Texas. Their scheduler was kind, communicative and went the extra mile. The individual that serviced our ac was also kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our A/C hasn’t worked this well since moving in. They have found life long customers in us.
