I was very impressed with how quickly Chris and Doña were able to respond to our HVAC going out. Chris was able to identify the issue fast and repair same day while still having to pick up parts that needed replacing. He was very informative and transparent with his process and really appreciated him not trying to upcharge extra unnecessary services, unlike other companies I’ve had service my home in the past. The customer service and expertise of Chris and Doña at Aire Serv turned me into a forever customer of theirs.

AC went out on Saturday evening before Father’s Day. SUPER nice and didn’t charge an extra fee for weekend/holiday. Came in and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Very knowledgeable and recommended a great thermostat for us. Hopefully this will be our new go-to company from now on!

Chris was able to service it and get it running more efficiently in no time! He was super knowledgeable, and explained things to me in detail which was much appreciated.
