My air conditioner died in the spring, which meant that I had time to shop around and get multiple quotes. I went with Aire Serv because Chris was extremely helpful and and knowledgeable. He explained my options and answered all my questions, and I didn't feel pushed toward any particular option. Chris and Doña are amazing I've had Chris come out multiple times to service my unit and installed a new unit. They are accommodating flexible and willing to go the extra mile. Will be referring to my friends and family!
After our Pioneer mini split malfunctioned, Chris came out and diagnosed the issue, quoted the labor to replace, and eventually returned to install the replacement unit. He did an excellent and thorough job and was extremely honest and transparent with every step of the process. Couldn't ask for a better experience and his price was competitive and affordable. Will definetely be using Chris and Aire Serv when the system needs service again.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Air Serv of Round Rock. Technician Chris (who I later discovered is the owner) incorrectly set my furnace transformer during his second service on 11/25/2024, which led to my furnace transformer breaking down after just 1.5 months.
