Our AC went out in the midst of a heat wave here. We have three young children 3 and under, and our home hit up to 87 degrees during the day for a week straight. We were connected to Aire Serv through American Home Shield (also a horrible experience), and the communication between these two companies as well as between ourselves, the customer, was absolutely terrible. Chris came out to do an emergency inspection for us and was kind, respectful, and very thorough with his work. He was able to diagnose an issue that 2 other HVAC guys hadn’t found. I appreciated the straightforward scheduling process as well.

Service was on time and professional. Not happy they used a stop leak instead of repairing the problem correctly but that was the fault of my Home Warranty Co . If it leaks again or damages the TXV valve I will expect a free service call and repair.
