American Home Shield warranty co sent this business to service my air conditioner which stopped cooling. The tech determined that the evaporator coil was corroded from normal wear. He told me the unit was from 1991 and probably needed to be replaced. I was supposed to hear from Nick the office manager soon. After 3 1/2 hours I called him. Nick said only the coil was covered. Spoke with the owner Jesse and was able to have a technician come out the next day to install our ECOBEE SMART THERMOSTAT.
I had this AC unit installed in June 2025 3 weeks later the installer had to come out because the unit lost all its refrigerant. Fast forward to 2026 one year later and the original installer couldn’t fix the problem. A matter of fact they ( Cool Operators) threw in the towel and totally gave up on us. Leaving my wife and I both 70’s suffering during the heat wave of June. Jake iwas so helpful. He replaced a corroded drain line and angled it more efficiently. He also repaired a duct boot that had fallen beneath the floor line by reattaching it properly. All with a positive attitude. I’m looking forward to having air conditioning on!
